PolicyStat Team, need a refresher, what/which functionality does the Applicability Group selected on each Approval Workflow drive? Does this need to be required, especially since theApplicability group on each document drives which Site/Location the document is discoverable under?

@Gabe Gomez @Denny Chlebek Unfortunately, in practice, we have multiple workflows at multiple locations as there are often different approvers (and different responsibilities for each role) at the different locations; it is difficult in a system to have a single approval workflowthat can cross to the correct locations. If I’m approaching this in a way that could be modified in practice, I’d appreciate suggestions. The default to the site would only be a starting point for us and would most likely need modification as we create the workflow.
